Extended Mag Tube Problem

Hi Guys,
I am having some problems with my 870 magazine tube. It holds 7 in the tube but I sometimes have a problem loading the 5th round. It goes in halfway and gets stuck. I am guessing the 1st round is hitting something around the mag extension. What do you think is the problem and how can I remedy it?

It is not installed properly. Go to www.aiptactical.com and click on the red link "Install and Cleaning" on that page is the correct way to install the Remington LE tube extension. Follow that and your issue is over.
