Circut Judge in Ca.?

I would like to know if the circut judge is illegal to posess in ca, and why?

the circuit judge is legal in CA because it is a rifled-bore shoulder-fired firearm.

If it had a smooth-bore, then it would be a shotgun, and then because it had a revolving cylinder, it would be a shotgun AW. But since it is rifled, that does not matter.

I just said it was legal in CA, so you could bring it into CA if you wanted to.

Now, if you question was, can you hunt with it, that is a different question.
