Gunsmith & Appraiser Recommendations Needed

I need to determine the value and cost to refurbish what appears to be a pre-WWII Browning Auto-5 Light 20 Gauge shotgun. It was made in Belgium and the serial number is in the 40,000-45,000 range. It has both 27.5 and 25.5 barrels. Do you have any recommendations for appraisers and gunsmiths? Any thoughts on value? Stock is in good condition, barrels have some light rust spots.
