Skeet - Trap this weekend, Bay Area?

I'm looking to find some people to start shooting kind or regularly with. I mad the mistake of taking Lou's skeet clinic and now I'm hooked. That being said, I'm obviously no expert at this and I'm just looking to have some fun and get out of the house.

I'd prefer to shoot on Saturday or Sunday mornings but I'm open.

Let me know if you are interested.

If you are interested in shooting trap, Valley of the Moon Trap Club has public shooting on Sunday mornings, new shooters always welcome. We have any number of members who are NRA shotgun instructors happy to work with new shooters. Trap, including wobble and doubles, and five stand sporting clays are available.

I'll probably be out this coming Sunday. I'll be the guy with a blue Calguns patch on the left shoulder of my vest. The following Sunday, the 11th is the final North Bay League event of the season, so no public shooting that day, but if you want to watch some really good shooters in action that's the deal.

We made the same mistake. We are from Lou's very first class at the PRG and have been addicted ever since. You are more than welcome to shoot with us. Usually at field #6 on Saturdays.

Livermore-Pleasanton Rod and Gun Club (www.lprg.org) has one of the best trap fields (8+ traps) in Northern California. They also have an Olympic Bunker for International Trap.

They do not have a skeet field. They used to have and may still have a 5-stand setup. You would need to call to verify.
