AGP Mag Question / Issue

I have a couple of Siaga 5 round mags and Surefire Mags and a couple of AGP. The followers on the AGP mags seem to come up all the way up to the feed lips so the bolt can hit them. The gun has the last round hold open removed.
The Surefire and Factory mags the follower sits a bit lower below the feed lips. I have broken a follower already on one of the mags.

Never had any problems with AGPs. Must be the recent batch.
