Can this be done in CA? does anyone do it? I googled but all I got was pistol grip, lol no actuall Pistol.

I know a lil silly but that is me I like silly things. I was looking into a 50cal (Beowulf) pistol just a few days ago now maybe a S-12 will be in my future if its possable?

Would need to be built on a virgin receiver and registred as an AOW with the NFA branch of the BATFE. You need a CLEO sign off or a NFA trust.

The smart, learn from their own mistakes.
The others, well......they just never learn.

yes, it can be done, and it has been done, but it is considered an AOW, and you must have the proper tax stamp. Now, the issue is that you have to cut up an existing Saiga 12 for parts, and you need to find a S-12 pistol flat. The few companies that make the flats are not selling them to the public.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

We can get them, but there is a bit of a wait since only one company is building them in the U.S. PM me for info if you want.

in CA, its an SBS. Federally, if it has a rifled bore, then it is just a Title 1 pistol, unless it has a VFG or a smoothbore, then it is an AOW.

Cadiz did the Saiga AOW a while back, it was awesome. I don't know if they are still doing it.

With the left side charging handle... interesting. Is it ambidextrous or only left side?
