    Which is your favorite?

Cheap but decent quality shells for shooting at paper target. Which do you prefer?

Slugs, buckshot, or birdshot? Slugs are the only worthwhile thing to shoot at paper unless you are specifically patterning your choke/shotgun. B&P low recoil slugs are very nice, but they shoot low because they have less power.

I think they have free shipping

I am very picky about the ammo I shoot through my pump shotguns. I only use "whatever is on sale". I can do this because my 870's are like Mikey, they eat anything. Any bulk target loads from any of the leading ammo makers will work so grab what is on sale and you will have more money for more ammo.

However my 11-87P can not run with just anything so I have to be more selective. I have to use buck shot for it so I buy cases of Wolf 00 just for that weapon. It is range gun only and will never serve as a Defense weapon.

So much depends on the type of shotgun you are shooting. I use inexpensive target loads for practise as I don't need to shoot buck shot to get trigger time. I then end the session with a couple tubes of my HD load.

If you're going to a gun fight, take a shotgun. If you can't take a shotgun, don't go.

12G 2-3/4" Remington Express 00 Buck - Home defense practice
12g 2-3/4" Federal Flight Control 00 Buck - Testing out my personal accuracy / just for fun (MUCH tighter groups, kinda like shooting slugs - but not)
Whatever 2-3/4" 12g slug is on sale - Marksmanship, fun, etc.

              DON'T like:
              Olin "Military Grade" 00 Buck
A lot of "low recoil" buckshot sans Federal.
^ My experiance is that both have really funky non-round flier-laden patterns that aren't all that fun to look at on a piece of paper.
