I know one is Russian American Arms and the other is European American Arms, but is there a difference between a RAA and an EAA Saiga 12 shotgun? Are they made in the same factory?

Yes, they are the same shotgun, made in the same factory. RAA, EAA, etc. Are just importers. There are a few others as well. Mercury/Hermes, Arsenal...
