S2AR Adapter - Elite Tactical Advantage

Anyone have any feedback on the S2AR adapter made by Elite Tactical Advantage for a Remington 870?

I was originally going to use a Mesa Tactical High Tube setup, but it requires a rail to be used with the adapter. This S2AR Adapter does not require a rail, it's just the adapter alone.
No one has reviews on this type of stock adapter for the Remington 870?

Anyone have this S2AR Adapter with a Magpul MOE Pistol Grip. The top back of the grip (where the part of your hand between the thumb and finger rest on) will there be any overlapping or gaps?
