    870 Barrel. Wingmaster or Express?

I have a Remington Wingmaster 870 and am thiinking about buying an extra barrel for it. On Remington replacement barrels there seems to be a distinction between Wingmaster and Express. Are barrels interchangable between the two models?
If you buy anything because it has "tactical" or "operator" in the name, we probably don't run in the same circles.

    Generally the finishes are different.

Any 12ga 870 barrel fits any 12ga 87 (except MCS). So yes, you can use either one. The Wingmaster is blued and will cost more then the matte finish Express barrel.

If you're going to a gun fight, take a shotgun. If you can't take a shotgun, don't go.

Wingmasters finish is a lot nicer and obviously matches the reciever.

I should have added the Wingmaster barrel will have the detent ball in the barrel ring to retain the mag cap. Some of the Express barrels will not so it depends on which type of barrel you are getting.
