    screw for moss. 500?

I picked up a stock for my mos. 500 but the screw that came with it is a short screw and i need a long screw for the stock to work. Does anyone know where i can find just the screw? Any help would be great, thanks

    What kind of Stock?
Is it a more traditional style stock or Pistol grip?

I know that my M4 Styled ATI stock came with a short one, but it actuallt seperated so that you could attach the pistol grip and then you would attach the adjustable butt end to the pistol grip.

I believe any socket headed cap screw of apropriate length will work, (1/4 20tpi IIRC)

should cost less than a buck

get an assortment of washers too, many of the polymer stocks work better if you can spread the load across a slightly larger surface area.

take the screw you have to home depot and they have a display where you can screw it into and it will tell you which one you need. I also agree about getting some washers

Be careful with the length! If the fastener is too long it can impact/damage part of the safety.

                  Ask me how I know.
