    870 bead sight upgrade - any photos?

    I want to install a new front sight on my 870. Does anyone have experirnce with the hi viz sights? Any pics to share?

    XS BIG DOT, epoxy it over your existing PRESSED in bead.

      OP did not state which barrel he has on his 870.

      The Vent rib barrels are tapped and there are numerous after market sights that fit those.

      If as prc77 assumed, if you have an 18.5" bead sight barrel then your bead is pressed on to a base and your options are limited. Prc77 gave you the best option if this is the case.

            I used this on my Moss 500 but comes with adapters for almost all shotguns. I liked it very bright and easy to install and no modifying the barrel.

              Just and FYI: They will change the point of impact, usually lower. That may or may not influence your decision, but I've tried some of the Hi-Viz sights and they didn't last. They were not the screw in replacements however.
