replacement benelli barrel

I recently purchased my first shotgun, a benelli nova with the long (28") barrel. I purchased it with the plan of skeet/trap shooting and just blasting things in the desert but I also want some sort of tactical shotgun for HD, is it possible that I can just purchase a short barrel and swap them out as needed? I also need to take out the pesky restrictor keeping me to 2 rds but that dosent look to hard im just lazy at the moment lol

I beleive you can but the Benelli barrels are around $450/ea.

They are expensive. Anywhere from 300-450.

I would recommend a dedicated HD gun as it will cost you the same
