Wow, so here is what happened. 2 months ago (Feb 01) I made an order to tacticalshotgunner.com for a pistol grip stock and extended charging handle. 2 weeks later, nothing came in the mail. So, I call back and the lady said they were back ordered and wait a couple days. Another 2 weeks go by and still nothing. Keep in mind, I really do not want to shot my shotgun this entire time because I want to train with the pistol grip, so I dont want to go to the range until this new set up come in. After a month (March 03) , I call in again and they said the order never whent threw. Im thinking.... why the hell did she tell me to keep waiting them????????? ok, its fine, ill just pay for it now over the phone. So, now i payed for it again, and I see it on my statement of charges on my online account. I wait another 2 weeks........ Still nothing......I call..... no answer, but I leave a message. I wait another 2 more weeks (today) I call another 5 TIMES!!! No answer again and again. They do not answer to emails, or call back when you have left your phone number and called multiple times. Do not do business with there people, save yourself the stress and greif!

Reverse your charges and hopefully it's not too late. Sounds like they may have gone out of business. -

They are still in business. It's a good company run by a husband and wife. I have a feeling they are suffering from a recent spurt in business for which they were unprepared (so are we).Lucy at www.mesatactical.comComment

About MESA TACTICAL post above..... Obviously they AREN'T a "good company" if they cant get an order placed/shipped after TWO MONTHS, MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS/EMAILS, etc.Comment

What stock did you order. This can matter as I have seen the availablity of SF IV's and V-s dry up. I have never had problems keeping these in stock till the past couple months. Other items are also hard to get. I am not sure why but it seems production has dropped off on a lot of accessories. I have had tens of thousands of dollars on back order for months from places like Remington. Orders are starting to trickel in but I am almost shut down in the accessory business because of Remington and Speed Feed not filling orders.
If this company has had a good track record in the past they should not be trashed for a clitch. Seems yours in an isolated case. I do not know them but if Mesa says they are a good company that is good enough for me as Mesa is one of the best in the business and their word is good as gold.JD McGuire, Owner

SF 4's are becoming rarer it seems. I placed an order for a SF 4S and i was told that they (the distribution warehouse) only had 1 short model in stock and about 4 of the regular models. Kind of seems low to me.
Anyhow, hope you get your situation resolved and I do hope that was a glitch instead of the first in a practice of norms.Comment
