Saiga S12 Mags- Surefire vs AGP vs ????

Seems both surefire and AGP mags cost ABOUT the same. If buying a few mags for an s12, which would you drop the $100 plus on? Why?

Get the surefire mags. The mold is strong so when drop them there is no cracking of the mag. They cycle the shells better. On the Surefires mags they have more play less jams going for them. I have tryed them all. Hit me up if you want more info. or video.

That questions has been asked and answered many times over there. Seems it's almost a toss up between the Surefire and the AGP's. Greg at CSS has the surefire ones in stock and he ships very fast. i have AGP 10 rounders and i have no issues what so ever with them. personally i'd love a 20 round drum but thats wishful thinking in this state.

My S-12 didn't like the Surefires. They held the shells at the wrong angle or something. Sold them. Loved the AGP's, however. Only problems I had with the AGP's was when I bought 10 rd. kits and assembled them incorrectly. Other than that, they're great.

I would say AGP mags but i have not tried the surefire. My reason for buying the AGP is i bought them when they had the mag kits for sale on there site and saved about $10 a mag and when your buying to of them it was worth the savings. They work great and just took a little time to put them together

AGP - more compact and most S12 mag pouches are designed for AGPs.
Surefire - No moving parts on the feed lips. Easier to cut down into 8 rounder or 5 rounder if you decide to downsize the 10 rounder.

I own 2 surefire and 1 AGP. All 3 jam like crazy, usually like every 3 rounds. I haven't had a chance modify them per the various interweb instructions available. Factory 5 rounder and Promag 10 round drum though have both been excellent.
