Any input on MD ARMS V plug?

I am doing a conversion on my S12 and been reading up on the MD ARMS V plug. I notice a few CalGunners have them on their S12s but I haven't found any range reports on the search function.

Dinzag.com seems to think pretty highly of it. Is this Vplug worth it? Or should I just save my money?
