Just can't go into 2A/CCW/LEO/OT/General Gun, which is where 90% of the action. My general excitement gravitates between the stoic tinfoilhatters and trying to prevent noobs from butchering their nice rifles in the C&R section. Oh joy.Word around the campfire is that pullnshoot25 was banned or restricted to only certain subforums, I don't have any details.
It just amazes me how much good info is given out regarding the laws on this forum only to have that stuff buried by people who don't have a clue and certainly can't cite any case law or CPC. Sad really.
I am right there with you in the amazement portion.Comment

if u want to split hairs fine, does a trunk count as a locked container if it has a release on the inside of the pass comparment that doesn't require a key? Many if not most cars haves such a release.only your trunk or other box that is non-glovebox, non-"utility compartment" (center console) will count as locked containers. And that is only if your trunk is truly locked... if it has a passthrough that isn't locked then your trunk is not technically a locked container.
GFSZ wants ALL guns in locked containers, even if it's not required by other laws.Comment
