    Benelli Stock

I'm kicking around the idea of buying a Supernova 18.5". I'd like to buy the one from Big 5, but those only come with PG stocks. I asked my favorite dealer if he could order a comfortech stock for it. He said he could order the stock that would fit M2's and SBE's.

My question is, would this stock fit the Supernova? I'm inclined to guess no, M2's and Black Eagles are auto loaders, a pump would have different arrangements to bolt onto the receiver absent a recoil spring assembly.

Perhaps someone could point me to a dealer that could order me a comfy-tech stock for a Supernova?

I just got a nova about a month ago from Big 5, mine is the regular stock (no PG). Im in the bay area, but I'd imagine that they would be able to order one there as well. I would call and talk to the manager or person in charge of the gun-rack. Hope this helps, and i love my nova. Only difference between nova and super is the ability to put a PG stock on the supernova, but if u dont want it, rock the nova.

I bought mine at discount (santee). I had to order it and it was cheaper than the pistol grip version. However, I ordered it after Christmas and it has not come in yet. Benelli had a rebate for all guns bought before Dec 31. Looks like I wasn't the only one trying to take advantage of the deal. The Dealer said it could take anywhere from 30 days to 6 months. They weren't kidding....

        Hup! First post.

I picked up a Benelli M1 years ago.

What I've noticed..as this doesn't necessarily pertain to your specific Benelli Query..is this:

Aftermarket Parts..Including Stocks..Buffers..Lights..All the Various "Unemployed Aerospace Cad Cam Folks And Machinist Renaissance"..is:

        Hard..hard..Hard.

        Seriously..do a Search for say..parts to attach Light/? to Benelli..and..uh-oh.

Also..I've found that either Benelli Corp is..EXTREMELY "Proprietary"..that is..Litigious about Name USe or.Sumpthin..or..No Ones Found Out That There Are ALLOT Of M1/Benelli Owners Out There Looking for Aftermarket Upgrades and Shiny Metal Syndrome Satisfaction.

The "market" is there..the Products do not seem to be.

        Just my Experience.

Frankly if I had it to do over again...I fantasize about a "Different" tactical Shotgun.

        Simply because the "Parts" are..There.

        Simple as that!

        But..it IS..Quality..Oh Man..Yes Yes..Quality "Fer Reals".

        Anyway..just sayin......

Thanks for the replies. Welcome to Calguns, Ecto! I've decided I'm just going to order a SN with the LPA's and rifle stock online and have it shipped. This seems to be too much of a hassle. Anyone know Gussler's hours? I have a phone number.
