After the bizarre email and hints of "shipping soon" the wait continues. Since my CC has been charged I'm hoping it's soon.

Anyone else order one of these for their S-12?

It's been coming soon since 2008.

Supposedly the pre-orders are being used to fund the set-up and production. Since only a few prototypes have ever been created.

I'm not bright business wise, but is that legal to do....as in charge someones card and use it to fund the set-up and production?
