I've heard dealer price is gonna be around 530 something and change so they shouldn't be messing with the price much. All that's really left from the sound of things is some final tweaking and tooling so most of their cost has already been established.

One of the senior Kel-tec Reps at SHOT told us November release. I guess they already figured a pushback even back then.

            the stock ???

Looking at the AW guide for shot guns there is no reason for this weapon to be unavailable to Ca. residents. it appears that the stock slides, but looking again it seems that it is stationary; I see no capacity limitations for shotguns (well at least not yet) But using the same chart for pistols am I to understand that I can legally have a 15 round Mag in my P228; since it does not have a barrel shroud, threaded barrel or mag. forward of grip. (don't mean to get off point)

As long as you didn't violate PC 12020(a)(2), you can put whatever capacity magazine you feel like in your p228.

Yep, that made me do a "huh wuh?" I've never heard of "ammo management holes" being a big deal on standard pump or semi-auto shotguns, so I wonder to myself why some potential LE buyers thought it was so important in this case.

These are not going to be around for a YEAR!
If you bought at Turner's, you put a 30% down payment on the shotgun, which lists on the the reciept at $719 + fees/taxes. I've got my recipet right here. It's not just a downpayment on a price to be determined. I'd think they'd have a hard time justifying raising the price after the fact.

Now, whether Turner's has any to offer this year because Kel-Tec delays... that remains to be seen. The end of the year is still a ways out.

Anyone else notice the bandaid on his index finger on his right hand? Where he said the action release lever could potentially be dangerous for your finger? I wonder who pushed for that one...
