Need help identifying a shotgun

I'm trying to gather information about a shotgun I own. I am hoping to figure out when it was made and exactly what model it is. It is a Springfield single shot 410 with a 24" barrel, exposed hammer, automatic ejector and a case hardened finish on the receiver. Any help is appreciated.

On the left side of the action it says:

SPRINGFIELD

On the right side of the action there is a little 21 with a circle around it

On the left side of the barrel it says PROOF TESTED 410 GAUGE

On the right side of the barrel it says SELECTED FORGED STEEL

On the underside of the barrel underneath where the forearm covers and underneath a piece that connects to the receiver there is an H and below that is what I'm guessing the serial number 99454

On that piece that connects to the receiver that the serial number is under there is a 4 and a 7

Inside the receiver on the left side the serial number 99454 appears again but with a C at the end of it

Inside the stock where it mates up with the receiver 99454 appears again

There was only one single shot model made. It is a model 9478 as was in production between 1978 and 1985. They come in .410 and of course 20, 12 and 10ga. All have the same re-sale value. It is valued at $85 if in 98% condition and as low as $40 if only in 60% condition.

I saw that information in an old bluebook that I have but I do not believe this gun to be that model. It appears to be older than 1978. I did some research and found a variety of older models that they made but they never put the model number on the gun. A couple of the models that I think it might be are the 97 and 107 if I remember correctly. Does your bluebook say that the 9478 has a case hardened receiver? My bluebook doesn't say a lot, heck it doesn't even have the 9478 listed as a model. It just says 94

good catch. Made me look harder. There is a model 94, same weapon as the newer 9478. The 94 began production in 1929 and I assume was replace by the 9478 in of course 1978. Still no real value as even at 100% is still under $100. So this would make one believe the receiver material was the main change which may be why those words are stamped on your reciever and may not be on the newer model. This is not a collecter type weapon so finding out more then this could be difficult.
