Just called my local gun store for my buddy who recently bought a saiga 12, however they were back ordered when he purchased it. Now they are refunding everybody's money because they are having importing issues. That is 8 unhappy customers!

It depends on what your agreement with the store was. If there is a legitimate importing issue, such as for some reason what you ordered cannot now legally be imported, then the store can probably rescind the deal. If the so called imorting issue is none other than its importer has raised its price, your local store may be contractually obliged to fill your order if the price was set when you placed your deposit. I would at least ask what the issue is with its importing.Comment

Very true. Our pricing has jumped dramatically, but we are getting new orders of them every week....not sure what 'Importing" issue that dealer is quoting. I have 12 arriving today and another 20 of them in about 10 days.
It may just be that they don't have the purchasing channels needed to fill the orders. B
