The question on it's CA compliance lies with it's magazine system. Remember, it is unlawful to import any magazine that holds more than 10 rounds into the state of CA after 01.01.2000. With that in mind, some think it's TWO 7 round mags(legal), others say it's ONE 14 round mag(not legal for import). I believe it's TWO 7 round mags. Now, the shotgun itself, even if it has ONE 14 round mag, is CA compliant. The issue here is wether or not you would be importing a large capacity magazine. That all said, I believe this is legal to bring into CA, because my understanding is that the tubes don't feed continually when one of them goes empty. When one 7 round magazine is dry, you have to manually switch over to feed the other 7 round magazine.

This thing is awesome. It's the perfect home defense gun, for a litany of reasons. But. As cool as bull-pup designs are, they worry me a bit. If your gun ever blows up, you are holding the chamber against your face. Ouch.

Meh, from the shot show video it seems that the area surrounding the chamber near your face is metal, I don't think there would be much problem.
