Mossberg 3 Shot to 6?

Was at Big5 today and looking at the Mossberg 2 barrel combo. The tag on the gun said it was a 3 shot. Is there a plug in the magazine preventing 3 more shells to be filled in? What can I do to make it a 5+1 shot w/o buying a new mag?

remove the plug

It's just a wooden dowel inside the mag tube. Just open the mag cap and slide out the dowel.
