I think(not sure, but think) that we will be able to since it is 2 separate 7 round magazines that you have to manually switch between. Basically the same as having a spare magazine for a 1911.

As for the grips, it's a pump shotgun, as long at it meets barrel length and OAL requirements you can do pretty much anything with it.

Tubular magazines don't have the 10 round limit anyways.

They appear to be about the same price. Which would you want and why?

I think that's only tubular rimfire magazines.

EDIT: found the PC, now I am sure of it

                PC12020

                (25) As used in this section, "large-capacity magazine" means any
ammunition feeding device with the capacity to accept more than 10
rounds, but shall not be construed to include any of the following:
                (A) A feeding device that has been permanently altered so that it
cannot accommodate more than 10 rounds.
                (B) A .22 caliber tube ammunition feeding device.
                (C) A tubular magazine that is contained in a lever-action
                firearm.
If they made it a lever action shotgun, the 10 round limit would not apply.

Though I still think it does not apply, since it's 2 separate magazines.

I have a saiga, its certainly not faster than a pump(most of the time it is a pump). I'd be interested in trying the keltec.

The saiga 12 hands down. Semi auto, can hold up to 30 rounds, detachable mags, AK reliability. Awesome shotgun.
