Benelli Supernova magazine plug?

Do supernovas sold in California come with a magazine plug which limits the magazine capacity to 2 shells?

Are these plugs easy to remove by hand?

I'm in the market for a supernova and have heard some reports of such devices in their supernovas.

THe super nova plugs are easy to take out. They are in there to limit it to 3 rnds for hunting

ditto to what gpsmatt said, my best friend has one, and he had to unplug it from his gun so he can put his tube on there.
