Side saddle with longer 870 forend

Hey guys, I have a Big 5 870 that has the longer forend and the Tacstar side saddle (6 rounder) doesn't clear it. Does anyone know if the 4 rounder from Tacstar or Mesa Tactical will clear it? I don't want to order it and find that it doesn't clear. Thank you very much.

p.s. I will post the side saddle in the parts thread soon, also if the 4rd fits I am open to purchasing second-hand from anyone.

4 rounders do fit from Tacstar.

Take off your forearm and trim it with a hacksaw. 5 min job. i have a 8rd Mesa Tactical side saddle on mine.

I have the 6-round Tac Star saddle, same as the OP, on my 870, which I also bought from Big 5! I don't have the original forend, though, it's the one that came with the Blackhawk SpecOps stock. The SpecOps forend was also too long, so I used a Dremel cut-off wheel to trim off enough to make it work.

Don't want to cut or change the forend, I really like the way it looks now (I don't have it with me, else I'd post a pic). Also, I think a 4rd would be more than enough (less weight).

Buy a shorter forend or buy a 4 round side saddle. IMO I'd do both..
