No mag capacity limits on shotguns. You'd have to legally possess the S12 drum, but there's no size limit.

we're not talking about a shotgun, we are talking about a semi-automatic pistol with a fixed 11+round mag/drum. That is illegal, even if it is a legally registered AOW.
