Tacstar side saddle vs Mesa Tactical

Is the Mesa Tactical side saddle that much more superior when compared to quality and durability to the Tacstar side saddle? I want one for the 870 but am torn between the two since theres a big price difference. Will the Tacstar hold my shells without "loosening" up over time?

Major problem W/ tacstar saddle...very important to note

On my old Mossberg 500A, I had a TacStar Sidesaddle. after three years of owning it, the back plate of the TacStar rubbed off the 4th digit of my serial number on the Mossberg reciever. No dealer wanted it, and it put me in major jeopardy w/ everyone esp. BATF. I had to send the whole gun back to Maverick Arms w/ a seventy five dollar charge to get a new reciever w/ a new stamp. Hence...protect that serial @ all costs..esp if you put a tacstar on your Mossberg.

Mesa is the best, all aluminum, great anodizing, hardware included.

uses santoprene strip which is replacable.
