            awesome looking!

I admire your originality. That thing looks like a movie prop.

Legally speaking, I would buy another vanilla flavored Moss 500 and use it for actual home defense.

I can just see a KKKalifornia district atty waving your "assault weapon" in front of 12 anti gun KKKalifornia jurors.` You are toast!

Now if we are talking about the dead rising from the grave situation, I would want to be at your side!

I am a lefty shotgun shooter, Chamber is in full view, making side saddle reloads into the breach simple, controls on the Moss 500 right where they should be.

Those tank brakes a very effective, sucks for the guy shooting next to you though

Joyant...it's not an AW...go look @ the calguns flowchart on AW's ...this does not qualify as one.

                1. Pump not SA
                2. Legal overall length
                3. Legal muzzle length
                4. All parts bought @ FFL's in Cali.

...may look mean..but not ..."evil" lols...now you can be a lawyer making your passionate case...nevertheless..and you can get a bunch of tree huggers to be sympathetic..but to the logical, red blooded, law abiding citizen who strictly follows cal. statue..it doesn't qualify...anymore than a featureless AR-15 rifle....unless, of course, you're meaning the spin they would put in court on the weapon....then yeah they will always demonize the gun owner...esp. the one who want anything tactical.

Are the sights attached to the heat shield? If so, I'd be suprised if they maintained zero.

                  Sure looks awesome, though.

sweet. It looks like what i'd imagine as a designated air-burst GL future soldier weapon.

What do I need to buy to get one of those? Two mossberg shotguns?

Thanks for the input Victory. That is something I have really been pondering over and will have to keep close observation on during testing. Shock and heat will definitely play a role in the sights...question is...how much of a role...I've put 4.7 bolt/nut w/ self locking washers on each base...whether that will be enough to do the job?.....we'll see.

You can order the RB barrel Falstaff from Mossberg. However, get ready to pay some cash for it. the A2 front and rear are not that bad ...that will cost you around sixty. the bases for the mounts will cost about twenty.

The real trick for this gun is acquiring a Mossberg 500 bullpup clamshell....they have been out of production for 18 years. I would start there. It can be done, but you will need to do some serious homework to get it.

Very Cool! I'm a bit confused, tho. Is it a pump or semi auto?
