Benelli M4 with a Magpul AFG ...This setup Legal???

Sorry to beat this dead horse, but in searching for the definitive answer I still have not found a solid yes or no.
Some back ground: I have a Benelli M4 with the following Characteristics.
Standard 18.5 inch barrel M4 with fixed stock(soon to be replaced with a Mesa Tac Urbino) -
-CarierComp extended titanium mag tube (made in USA)
-WC Wolf high tension spring(made in USA)
-Brownells Aluminum Follower (made in USA)
-KZ Products Fore end Quad rail (made in USA)
For those in tune with number of "imported parts" on the M4 (13 parts per ATF) I am in line with the guide lines of no more than 10 imported parts after making the above changes.. Per this information: http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/show...ts+list&page=3

In following the Flow chart on the legal aspects of a Shotgun per California law, seen here: http://www.calguns.net/caawid/sgflowchart.pdf I am still not completely sure that I can put a Magpul AFG (angled fore grip) on my Nelli, I feel like the answer is, "yes, I am within the scope of the law" but I would like to have a solid yes or no answer...
I know this is probably beating a dead horse, but I think that the title of this post would serve a large number of M4 owners well as far as answering this out right instead of having to get the answers in pieces and having to sort thru a ton of diatribe and bantering.
    Thanks in advance

I can't comment on the AFG but the spring will not count towards 922r compliance as far as I know. Just the tube, the follower and the quad rail but that's enough since that puts you right at 10 parts. I hate all of the rails offered for the M4 so I'm just waiting on Mesa Tactical to release their Urbino stock.

Correct, spreing doesnt count towards complience, I was just listing all the changes that I had made for a full description and full understanding of the issue at hand

I was under the impression that it was available... starting Nov 1st...
Ill have to call over to rifle gear and see if they know something...

VFG, AFG, and/or Pistol grip are all legal with a fixed buttstock.
Go to an M4 or folding buttstock and the other 3 items cannot be used.

as was said you must replace 3 full parts out of the 13 listed. the spring does not count. a tube extension does not count, only a full tube.
            if you have a
            1) full tube
            2) forearm
            3) follower

all made in USA you are good to go.

Folding or telscoping stock is a NO no in Calif on any Semi auto pistol grip.

Yes, Correct, the Carrier Comp tube is a full tube, not an extension, Perhaps I made that unclear using the word "extended". It is a single piece tube... made in the good ole US of A!
