I found a old thread but the last post was 2008 so i have to ask.I am looking at a Beretta 1201fp and was wondering if it is legal in CA?THANKS for any help.

Assuming the gun is equipped as it was when it left the factory, it should be perfectly legal.
They are discontinued, have been for a while now by the Super 90. Here is a fairly detailed review with pros and cons.
