Is there a serial number lookup site?

Trying to find out a shotgun make/model for my mom. SHe gave me some info on the phone. I think its a winchester defender. She gave me the serial number off of it but I cant find a site to look it up.

It starts with L194xxxx

Contact Winchester. I've contacted Ruger before and they gave me the month one of my handguns was made.
You could also Google it, there are some serial # info sites out there.

it is a model 1200 or 1300 manufactured in late 1985.
