Forearm Strap for Mossberg 500

I'm interested in getting a forearm strap for my Mossberg 500, do I purchase the strap and install it myself with the screws or can I purchase a new forearm with strap attached.
Also, any recommendations for a sling and how does a sling attach to the Mossberg 500

Factory forearm with strap is not sold individually. You can try to do it yourself though..

For the sling, use the factory swivels and get some QD mounts or google GG&G. I use GG&G.
