That's a good looking set up. Could I trouble you for a parts list of accessories you added to this most excellent Saiga 12? Parts added look functional without all the crap you could have hung on the gun. Nice job.

It's actually perfect because I shoot thumb over and rest my thumb on top of the left side top rail hence the flashlight position

Im confused and im sure someone here can help me. I've seen shotguns around lately at big 5 and other places that I thought were illegal. I thought Penal Code 12276.1 would ban this type of weapon since it has both the modified stock and the pistol grip?
An AW is defined as

"(6) A semiautomatic shotgun that has both of the following:
(A) A folding or telescoping stock.
(B) A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action
of the weapon, thumbhole stock, or vertical handgrip."

I have been looking into getting one of these but the mods I want to do gave me some concerns. Also to clarify I'm sure this has a fixed mag. Also what do you reference to make sure you aren't illegally modifying your firearm? It seems like a mess to figure out the CA PC?

you are correct the Magpul AVG is not considered as a vertical grip (it would be like saying a mounted flash light on the bottom rail would be consider a forward grip cas i grip it the same way and also the stock is pinned

It's not illegal because it is not semi auto. It should however be illegal for having a pistol grip stock on a Mossberg. One of the biggest ergonomic fuster clucks you could ever get on a shotgun.
