My forend is extemely wobbly on my 500a can anyone give me some tips on how to fix it. Thanks in advance.

If you mean the roughly 1/8" gap between the fore end and the magazine tube when the slide is fully forward that lets the whole front grip move around, this is normal.
I throw a couple wraps of electrical tape around the magazine tube to reduce the clanking noise.
It would be nice to find a bushing of some kind to reduce the play.
If this is not what you mean, need more info.
