Stoeger P350, anyone have one? any good?

I'm in the market for a 3 1/2" magnum turkey/goose/duck gun. I really like the feel of the Stoeger P350 (28" barrel). Anyone here own one and have any input on them? I do not have any history with stoeger...reliability any good? I was using an 870 magnum for turkey, but wanted to step up to the 3.5" shells, and super mags are so hard to find, and I really like the camo option with the stoeger....and the price....

any thoughts?

You may find the 870 3" is plenty good .......some call practice will be better serving. Skill, fills the freezer

yeah, the idea behind getting the stoeger is have a utility shotgun...i already have a bunch of shotguns that are capable of 3" and 2 3/4.... in my opinion you can take turkey all day with 2 3/4" no 6 shot with a well placed full choke head shot....But some day i just might like to try duck or goose, I know those guys are shooting magnum loads...would be great to have a gun that shoots 3.5", that is synthetic, and i wouldn't care about bangin up....not to mention it comes with every choke under the sun.

I'm one of those duck guys....go ahead and ask me how many ducks and geese were downed with my 1950's 870
2 3/4 " ....finally shot out the barrel using steel after years

congrats, thats great you do it with an 870. like stated above, i WANT a gun in 3.5" magnum. i have multiple shotguns similar to your 870. I understand it can be done with that gun. I have the money and want ANOTHER gun. So any input anyone has on the stoeger would be appreciated

I have a p-350 and it works great. no issues, shoots well.
its a benelli nova clone, made in turkey. next to a nova it seems exactly the same. i use it for 3.5" coyote loads, but makes a good anything gun.

oh yea, and everything is coated so nothing rusts, unlike my mossberg or an 870.
submerge it, whatever, it does not care. i do not care for 870s or 500's for hunting, too prone to rust and
fouling failure. you could spend some more money and get a nova, or spend real cash and get an SBEII.

FWIW I've taken plenty of birds with 2.5 and 3 inch shells. Given the size increase in the receiver, and I have handled a couple 3.5 inch guns that belong to friends, I'm convinced in my own mind that the 3.5 inch is something of a solution in search of a problem.
