Winchester 1300 longer barrels?

Are there 26" or 28" barrels available for the winchester 1300 defender? I was thinking of replacing my mossy 500 with it but just wanted to be sure I could still shoot trap.

Not that simple, yes 1300 barrel would work, BUT defenders mag tube longer, you'll need special extended mag cap (not to be confused with mag extension). I'll post a pic of the one I got, if I can't google one.

while searching for an image, I found this thread on calguns http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=264421 and Lurch762 provided a great suggestion. You could use a spacer, a pipe that goes over mag tube between mag cap and barrel ring (longer barrels built for smaller mag tubes, barrel ring will be closer to receiver)
