    Good customer service from Blackhawk!

I recently purchased a Blackhawk! Knoxx recoil reducing stock with foregrip for my Mossberg 500ATP. After opening the package I discovered that the foregrip would not properly fit my shotgun and called Blackhawk! for help. It seems they have two versions of the foregrip but from what I could find there is only one version of the packaged stock/foregrip set and no notes anywhere about another version.

When I called, a very nice woman from Blackhawk! took my information and then said they were shipping the shorter fitting version out at no charge. This was Tuesday. The new one showed up today via FedEx ground and fit nicely. this is this kind of customer service that keeps a person like me coming back to purchase more of their products, and makes me want to tell everyone of my positive experience. Thank you Blackhawk!

BTW- I took the gun to the range today and I freaking love this recoil reducing stock with pistol grip. I could even shoot from the hip holding just the pistol grip and the recoil was minor. I can't believe how fast you can shoot, pump, then get back on target and shoot again with this stock! Another thumbs up to Blackhawk! for a good product!

It looks just plain beastly and the extra heft up front does help manage recoil a bit better. Plus, an angel told me that when God called JMB to heaven it was to build him a full rail 1911!

Well, they had to didn't they. I will not deal with them nor use anything except the SpecOps since I was a Knoxx dealer before Black hawk bought them out. A cleint wanted the Comp stock and then decided he did not like it. I had him send it back and sent him a Specops and of course he paid the difference. Black had just bought Koxx so I called to see how I was going to reimbursed. The lady asked me if the stock was damaged and I told her no as he only had it a week, but the package said 100% satisfaction so I took it back. She said she would send me a new clam shell so I could sell it. I told I would have to sell it as used since it was on a weapon and used and was loosing money so I wanted to send it back for my dealers refund. She said that since it was not damaged that I needed to put it in the new clam shell packaging and sell it as new because that is what they do.

I had my Blackhawk dealer application on my work bench. I tore it up and will not do business with them. they changed the SpecOps and I have replaced three that malfunctioned as the cam spring jumps off the receiver stud. They are Fubar and I will not send them back so they can fix them and sell them as new. Yes, I feature the SpecOps stocks and I get them from a distributor. It is still a good stock and I just wish a decent company owned them as I don't like the fact Blackhawk is still getting my busines. Knoxx had great people and would never pull mess like this damn shame they sold the company and the SpecOps to this bunch.

If you're going to a gun fight, take a shotgun. If you can't take a shotgun, don't go.

JD, If I had your experience with a company, I'd feel exactly the same way. But, I have to say, that when I had a problem with my SpecOps stock, Blackhawk customer service came through for me 100%. I got a replacement part sent out, at no charge, the same day. So, I have to put that info into the pot, as well.

funny you mention this. I tried to install the foregrip in my 870 package and it did not fit at all either...... Maybe I should give them a call. Only thing stopping me is that I would never use it since it doesnt work with a 6 shell side saddle.
