Mpssberg 930 SPX feeding problem

Search engine working as good as ever.
I can load 7 rounds in my 930 but none of them feed. I worked last time I use it. If I load more then 3 shells, the magazine does not feed. Any ideas, it is not normally stored loaded.

have you had the mag tube and spring out since last tiime?

No but I had to take it out this time to unload it.

Replace the stock magazine spring or follower, or both. Make sure the spring is perpendicular to the follower once it's inside the magazine.
