Remington Top Folding Stock

Actually saw one of these mythical top-folders, with my own eyes, today. All blued steel, except for whatever they made the grips out of. The "Remington" logo is cast into the grips, near the bottom and the rest of the grips are checkered. Looked like it was in good shape... and several years old. But then, the lighting in the shop was rather poor.

I'm given to understand that these are quite rare. No use to me, as I own a Mossberg Still a neat item to stumble upon, though. Couldn't quite read the price tag and the phone-cam would not have turned out a useful pic.

Ended up getting sidetracked, by a gazillion other things and forgot to ask the shop guys about it. It's at Triple A, in Vallejo. (I am in no way affiliated with Triple A).

i had one years ago on a Wingmaster; regretfully i sold that 870. i recently picked up a 1965 pristine condition Wingmaster to replace the one i should not have sold. this one is like new and nicer.
