    Maverick 88 Vs Nef Pardner?

Which would you go with and why?

They are the inexpensive shotguns on Turners, both listed at $199

I forgot to list application, 100% trunk gun. Inexpensive security...

Being able to add accessories like pistol grip and different hand guard or specially lights would be a major plus.

Which would suit my application better in your opinion

You do know that Mossberg makes the Maverick!

I've used my friends Maverick 88 a lot. I can't begin to imagine how many rounds have been put through it, but I'm guessing well into the 1000's, and the thing runs awesome, never experienced any issues with it. I love that thing.

go with a mossberg 590, only 100 bucks more and you get 1 more round as well as a heat sheild and a bit more relibility.

The maverick uses the same pistol grips as a standard mossberg 500 etc. Not sure if you can get a pistol grip for the pardner?

I bought a maverick today at turners

I don't know anything about the Pardner, that said, I do with the Maverick. Ive had mine for around 20 years and its worked fine. It came with a black synthetic stock, not sure if they still do. I replaced the barrel with a 18.5" and put on a folding stock, still works great! I don't know how many rounds I have put through it either, somewhere between 5000-10000 I suppose, enough to make my shoulder hurt thinking about it.

Is there a pistol grip that will fit on a Remington 870? If so then there is a pistol grip that will fit on the Pardner.

I just Drosed an Interstate 982 today it Hasn't been available at Big 5 for months and I was ready to buy a shotgun and never looked at big 5's ad since I knew they would not have it, but to my luck they DID when I checked last night!

                          The exact shotgun I wanted.

Yep, But the maverick is $100 cheaper and the safety is on the trigger frame, not on the tang. I had a PG on the mossy so the tang safety sucked.

Never had a Maverick, so can't comment on it, but I had both single shot and pump model partners and they were solid guns. Great bang for your back.
