    Browning Cynergy shotguns

Anyone have any experience with them? Found a good deal on a new one. Think it's a Classic Trap, though not sure. Have to go back and look.

Anyway, good price and $500 worth of free gear for joining the Cynergy club, I think I'm ready to pull the trigger.

What kind of deal. Is there more than 1. My girl is looking for one. She loves the way they feel. And it is a browning, so you know the quality is there. And mabye I can get mine back from her...
Why is everything good???? Illegal, Immoral, fattening???

I love Browning shotguns. The Cynergy looks like a great shotgun- feels well made fits me well. The style is not my cup of tea however (I like the more classic lines of the Citori). When getting any shotgun, it is important that it fits you well and that it was designed for your primary purpose (if you are looking at a trap model, I would assume you would only use it for trap. If you would want to use it for sporting clays, skeet, or field use, probably not the best choice. Beyond that- anything from Browning and any of the other well known brands will serve you well.

Browning is running this promotion, which seems like a decent decent deal by itself.

There is only one at the price I found and for all I know it's gone already. If it's not, I'm picking it up tomorrow.

I took a strong look at the Cynergy's when they first arrived out about 5 years ago. I really liked the different lines to them.
As luck would have it, Raahauge's had their Sports Fair going around the same time and I was able to shoot the Cynergy and Beretta 682 that I had narrowed my choice to.
The Cynergy at that time did not have an adjustable stock and came with only ported barrels.
I ended up opting for the 682, although I still oogle the Cynergy when ever I see one.
They did have a recall from the early manufacture dates, so make sure when your possible was made and buy accordingly. Not sure what the issue was.

i like mine, a 12ga field model, shoot in the low 20's for trap and i only go every other month or so. I also use it as my bird gun and have hiked 8 hours with it in a day.

Just make sure it fits you, the odd stock is difficult to have fitted if you need it done. I wish mine sat a little higher.

They are great guns...Cynergy are have a lower profile and have mechanicial triggers. Those are the main differances from a Citori

There are about half a dozen Cynergy models and 2-3 different stock and lightweight options.

The Trap has a high comb stock and a smaller drop then a field model. Trap models are made to shoot high so you don't have to cover the clay when Trap shooting.

The best advise is to try one or at least shoulder one before you spend the money....it may be just right or it may not be the configuration for you.

I recently bought a Cynergy Euro Sporting from CDNN and couldn't be happier. Very good price as well. Check them out if you haven't already.

The Cynergy had a couple of recalls when they came out. Pretty much a disapointment for Browning shooters.

The new ones might be better now but the first gens had a reputation of being junk.
I move slow but I make up for it by shooting poorly.

When I hit the lotto I'm only shooting factory.
