I've searched and cant find any write ups on installing a new foregrip on my Mossberg 500. Is it pretty basic or is there any tricks I should know about? If anyone can forward a write-up on the dis-assembly/assembly of a new forearm, I'd appreciate it.

Installing a new foregrip on Mossberg 500?

I dont think you need to remove all that stuff. At least I dont.I just take the barrell off and then unscrew the ring thats located at the tip of the foregrip its sort of tucked inside the leading edge of the foregrip and it has two small slots on 180* apart. I use a long shaft flat head but Im sure there is a actual tool for it. once the ring is off you can slide the foregrip off and then reinstall a new one then retighten the ring.

Thanks guys.
Rob - That's exactly what I did. Took a few minutes and only had to remove the barrell.May God have mercy upon my enemies, because I won't.
