Does any thing like this really exist, or is this just a joke? And if any one has one, i would like to hear about it, how you got it, and what shooting it is like.

That article was clearly satire. But the Germans have been making drillings for a couple of hundred years; two shotgun barrels and a rifle barrel in one firearm.

Krieghoff, Merkel, and others make them. Costs run up to and above $10K.
