IAC Hawk 982: Identifying a Fixed IC Choke or No Choke

OK, so the official IAC web site (http://www.iacshotguns.com/982pump.html) lists the Hawk 982 as having a Fixed Improved Cylinder choke, but my barrel no choke markings (markings: 12 ga, 2 3/4", 3"). There is a code that appears to be "4-9" on the end that is part of the barrel/receiver lock-up near the chamber.

I could swear I had seen the barrel marking for an IC choke, but maybe it was just on the display SG and I didn't check again when I was brought my actual SG for inspection.

Are any of the Hawk 982 barrels marked IC or Cyl? And, how would you go about confirming a fixed improved cylinder bore?
