I have a 12ga Tristar Viper G2 Tactical Semi Auto, Has been fine for me so far, Only have about 100 shells through it, various sizes and shot...2 3/4" #8, #7 1/2, 3" magnum #6, #4, and some other 2 3/4" sizes. It took 20-30 rounds of some 3" #6 and 3" magnums to break it in to get the spring loosened up for the auto loading to become fully functional...I ran 15 or so rounds of 2 3/4" #8 and none ejected as they should have. A call to tristar Tech guys and some talk with them got me set up and everything was in order.

Been a fun gun so far, main use will be for HD and some range shooting for fun and practice.

I picked it up at sportsmans warehouse for 319.00 a couple months ago.

Went out tonight and ran a dozen or so rounds through it after tinkering with the .22lr

That Tristar looks to be a perfect gun for my gf! I've been looking at the Mossberg SA-20... and they look pretty similar.
