Did a quick search a little earlier and didn't find a whole lot of pertinent information on the sg.
What are the calgunners' opinions on this particular shotgun? I just recently purchased my first shotgun (a mossberg 930 that will get out of jail on tuesday) and am looking to also purchase a shotgun for my gf. I will soon purchase an 18" barrel for my 930 for HD, and it already comes with a 28" vented ribbed barrel for skeet shooting.
Thus, is the SA20 semi auto 20ga from mossberg a good gun for small-framed girl? She likes semi-autos because of the lower felt recoil.. and I'd like for her to become used to handling a shotgun similar to my 930 so if there is ever a need in a HD situation... she'd know how to operate the safety, load the gun etc.
I've been shopping around and it appears one can be purchased brand new for around $400. I'll keep an eye out for used one... but I wanted to know if anyone on her has had any first-hand experience with this gun.
