supercell recoil pad

hey everyone, I tried using the search button so I do not have to waste calguns members time, but I could not find solid answer for this question.
I have Rem 870 Express 12Gauge synthetic model. I am planning to get a supercell recoil pad because I heard it reduces recoil a lot when shooting buckshots and slugs. Anyone in here have used that product before? Also, I heard many people say, supercell does not fit properly into their shotgun. I am not sure if those guys bought the right supercell model for their shotgun or not.

There have been a number of positive comments in some recent threads about the supercell pad. I'm considering putting one on the wood stock of my 870 Police. Toss up between that and a limbsaver.

I think the older synthetic models need to have the super cell fitted as the newer plastic furniture are slightly different.

It fits fine on the synthetic stock i have (about 2003), nice and tight. problem I had was it kept slipping off my shoulder and moving around, it didnt stay put when I mounted it. I have since went back to the Remington limsaver that came with the stock, works fine now.

I had one on my Express wood stock and I have one on my Wingmaster with wood stock and it is the one made for wood stocks. It is not the best fit but they work so well that I don't care.
