General shotgun on saturday and there's an advanced shotgun class on Sunday. I think there is still room.

All Safe Defense is in Orange, but the defensive shotgun class is a half day live fire class at Burro Canyon. Good intro class to experience moving and loading while shooting multiple targets.

The next shotgun class is Sunday, May 30.

If you want a more formal / serious class, based on reviews it seems that ITTS is very good, but their classes are out of Angeles Ranges, so it's a little longer drive from OC.
